George called within 2 minutes of using site George arrived _exactly_ at time set up for the free appraisal George examined my problem and submitted three different proposals to find one within my meager budget and the third option was so close to the "figure in my head" that I went with George and cancelled the other two pros coming that day and did the job right then George did explain that the option I chose was not a permanent fix but should stop the leak(s) while I saved up to do a total re-roof When I can afford a re-roof George will be the first on my list to call Quality isn't 5 stars only because it hasn't rained yet:)
