I contacted Kamran Ghiassi at GEC for a consultation regarding a soil erosion problem underneath the foundation to my house. Kamran visited promptly on a Saturday, quickly assessed the situation, and confidently prescribed a solution. Although he could have charged extra for a write-up, Kamran drew some diagrams on the spot and patiently explained what needed to be done so I could move forward with a contractor. He also graciously accepted a couple of calls from both my contractor and myself for additional clarification as the project evolved. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly - I highly recommend GEC!

Kamran was very informative about the situation of the property he inspected. He spent considerable time explaining the area, the fault, and the possible remedies for our situation. Also, he was very accessible by phone which was great so that I could get answers quickly. Ultimately my client decided not to purchase this property but we will definitely be using GeoEngineering should we need a foundation professional in the future.

I had issue with water in my crawl space. Kamran did a inspection of grounds around and under the crawl space. He recognized some major grading issues, but first recommended some easy solutions and then take next steps.
