How We Got Started
I chose to work in this industry because It's my passion. I truly enjoy what I do. When I was 19. I got my contractors license. My favorite question. Aren't you young to be a contractor? .I love working in Delaware because I've done work in quite a few towns on the east coast for family and frinnds but everything seems to always circle me home..We started in this industry in 1969 officialy in my mind. Remodeling a horse shed using a ball peen hamer, 20d nails dipped in a warm bar of soap and a chain saw to cut oak boards..We describe our business as Family owned and operated

Wes and his son did a great job. I will hire them again. I hired Wes to replace a roof on a 5000 sq ft house and garage and carriage house and shed. The main roof had lots of weird angles. They were a little slow. Often there was only a two man crew on this huge job. So it was not a speedy job. The roof had to be done pieces at a time and they always made sure it was weather proof before stopping for the day. They also started late in the day but worked late in the day. They worked hard and long hours in blistering heat. They where very nice and very professional. The bottom line is I will hire them again for some other project.

It is obvious that the business owner takes pride in his job and feels its important to please his customers. The work was done for a reasonable rate and he was good about cleaning up and leaving no evidence of his project except the glossy new guttering attached to my roof. He was great about asking questions and suggesting possible options. He completed the job in a timely manner and he and his staff worked well together. I wish all contractors were this good and reasonable.
