I hired this company for an extensive yard cleanup with a project bid of approximately 1k and 2 days of work for 2 people. The company arrived on time and started the work, but informed they would only be working 1 long day because they wanted to enjoy their 4th of July weekend. I had to leave for work during the project and when I could see the completed work the next morning the "yard cleanup" required an additional 4 hrs of my time and have spent additional time each weekend since working on things that should have been done. I understand that we had a large cleanup job, but for the amount paid I believe they only earned about half.

The cleanup was quoted at $500 for a large back yard and side area that had been neglected for 3+ years. The additional cost were for other services he and his roommate requested such as gutter cleaning, deep window well cleanouts, rototilling garden area, haul away of approx 2000 pounds of wood and large auto items from front yard. The additional cost also included large dump fees to get rid of debris. This is the first I have heard there was a problem and if he would have contacted me when he saw a problem I would have had a crew there to solve the issue 4th of July or not. All work was signed as complete by his room mate at end of job. ???

Tom has been very responsive, always easy going and friendly, and he does a great job - all qualities that are so important when selecting a service provider of any sort. I am so happy to have found Genesis Property Care to help with cleaning out our gutters as well as providing lawn maintenance services.
