Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
The contractor Steve O'Donnell gave me a bid, was $460. I went to find him, and check on the property that he had bidded, in about 3 days, which was good. But he did not complete the project like the way I had asked him to do, and put it in writing. And then he wanted more money, I gave him $75 more. I went over there to check out what he did, and he didn't really complete it as I asked him to do the second time, even with more money. I think he took advantage of some of the situations, and he didn't do what I asked. The Pecan tree in the back that's still touching the roof. And I asked him to clear that out, and that was part of the job from the beginning.

Steve was very prompt, and instantly gained my trust with his knowledge and willingness to listen to what was important to me rather than just sweeping in and doing just the status quo. They have been very professional, very dependable, and I anticipate them taking care of my yard for years to come.

Rep offered to do exactly what we asked him to do without trying to "upsell" us. We just needed the lawn mowed for the time being, and the Genesis Rep agreed to do that for a reasonable price. I did, however, think they could have done a bit more clean up for the $60 they charged us.

They did an excellent job installing sod in my backyard. Easy to get a hold of, quick to reply, kept to all schedules and worked with me to meet my budget while ensuring I ended up with a beautiful, easy-to-maintain lawn. Would and will highly recommend.

This company maintain my lawn very well. He take the time to change the time for your sprinkling system to get the best results. If he see a fence board loose he will let you know if findings or fix it himself. I am very please with my choice.
