I constantly had to be the one to contact him to confirm appointment times. He was late for initial estimate and did NOT call and a complete NO SHOW to pick up paint samples without a courtesy phone call. He did not promptly respond to email messages. As a sales manager, all he did was constantly apologize but never offered any type of compensation. Crew was 40 minutes late on day of project.
