Did an excellent job. Carpet took longer to dry than ChemDry, however, Genesis cleaning was superior.

Jeff was very helpful and courteous. He was willing to move furniture, tables and chairs. I was very pleased with the entire project. He did promise me a bottle of spot cleaner when my dog came in the house with muddy paws. He has not delivered the spot cleaner. It would be very helpful to have that on hand.

The gentleman was polite, knowledgable, and efficient. My carptes were dry in 3 hours and furniture moved back into place. The carpets look like new again.

He was friendly and did an excellent job removing all spots and stains. The pet odors, however, which were my biggest concern, are still lingering a week later.

Very proffessional and great to work with. Carpet came out about ten times cleaner and he did it in great time. I would like them to come out again after Christmas like the 27th or so... so have them call me please. I want to do just the traffic areas this time instead of whole house. Thanks
