The bathroom fan wasn't working so he opened it up to find out that it was unplugged. He plugged it in and it worked fine. From arrival to getting a ladder to calling in to his boss, he was there 20 minutes and charged me $120 - which means I was basically charged a $360/hour rate. His boss claimed it was the standard call fee, but I wasn't told about the standard fee ahead of time.
