General Service Plumbing call me back 5 seconds after I submit online my request (an actually was a Sunday afternoon) for an Water Heater Service, and the person on the phone was very professional (and like later I will be finding out, very professional in practice, too). I request a free estimate for the next day, but because the price for work to be done was decent, I let them finish in the same day. I done this kind of service for myself back in Europe, but here, because the legislations and missing tools and parts (and do not forgot, safety first) will prefer to call them again, anytime. Good job General Service , good job.

Representative called me quickly (within minutes after I placed request on Service Magic website). He accommodated a request to come out to my home early in the morning and repaired the part that was not working correctly on my water heater. Representative explained everything he was doing and was very cordial. I would hire this company again.

Eddie the Service Tech was very good and extremely respectful. He took his time, explained every step he took during the process, gave me an estimate for the work and most importantly "He Resolved the Issue in a timely and efficient Manner" He cleaned up after his work and was very corgial throughout, and also suggested a preventative maintenance plan for maintaining my TANK. Overall he was clean, polite, very professional and had a well groomed appearance. I was extremely Satisfied.

Technician showed up early. Was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem. Had all the parts on hand, so no need to wait for an order. Pricing felt a little high, but as my expenses were covered by insurance, cost was not a major issue. Overall, very positive experience.
