Installed dishwasher. There is a slow leak. Service provider has missed 3 appointments and has not been able to schedule a time to come repair the leak. After close to 3 weeks there is no sense of urgency to come make the repair

Service man from General Appliances have been 3 times to fix the same problem. My tenant inform me that the Electric Elemen keep coming out of the Plug and shuts off. The tenant has to wait until it is cool down before inserting back. Tenant will call to the Service Man at General Appliances. This will be the fourth time.

My experience was largely positive. General Appliance was responsive and accomodating. They arived on time on a Sunday morning to complete a difficult jobto our satisfaction. However, some upfront preparation could have made the job easier and a little cheaper. Big part of the job was moving a Kenmore refrigerator up two flights to the kitchen. I informed them ahead of time that this Kenmore model had a water line threaded through one door hinge, which made it difficult to take the fridge doors off. They assured me they could remove the fridge doors but couldn't, which made the moving job much more difficult.

excelent service. technician very informative - expalined the problem with the leaking refrigerator, how it will be fixed and fixed the the problem in an effiecent manner. i would recommed this team. they are going on my speed dial.
