He searched for about an hour for our 'mystery' leak, found it, took digital pictures of the area and explained to me photo by photo what it meant and what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable and gave me bits and pieces of pointers for my future reference. The only downside, I would say is that their fixed rate services are generally very expensive compared to independent plumbers. One of their customer letters said "Nordsrom of plumbing", and I think that sums it up. Rating: Project: Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains - Install Thorough and knowledgeable. I had a gas leak in my insert, & I had extinguished the pilot light previosly. Gene Johnson's tech did fix the gas leak, but was unable to relight the insert, explaning, that there was something wrong with the igniter or orifice, and he couldnt help me. Well, if Gene Johnson can't provide full service for inserts, they ought not work on them at all. Now I have to call someone else, and pay yet another service charge. Thanks, Gene. See All Ratings
