City: Wellesley Project: Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace Horrible.  They came out to my house and told me what it would cost to stop a leak in my shower system - $400 including parts and labor.  I said okay and signed the service order -… Read Complete Rating Horrible.  They came out to my house and told me what it would cost to stop a leak in my shower system - $400 including parts and labor.  I said okay and signed the service order - authorizing them to do the work.  The parts were supposed to be in 4 to 7 days.  After 2 weeks I called and asked them when they were coming.  I was told someone would call me back.  Nobody called back.  A week later I called again and was told someone would call me back.  Nobody called me back.  After almost a month went by I called them again and was  told (after being on hold for 5 minutes) that the service technician never ordered the parts.
