Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Fan on furnace was off. Serviceman checked electrical system & found a switch (mislabeled) had been thrown & cut power. Turned switch on, restoring fan... but left furnace door (which has a safety cutoff) unlatched, allowing the furnace to shut off again. Furnace off again the next morning. After an hour of investigation, we fixed it ourselves. Seems knowledgeable but needs to be more detail oriented.

Message to this customer, I had to struggle to get your door latch back on. This furnace is 20 to 30 years old it could have vibrated off. I would been very happy if you would had called us and would have been there in 15 minutes so you wouldn't have to be inconvenience and I would been very happy to help Rick

Very happy with furnace repair! Guys called within 10 minutes of SM request and were at my house within the hour. They quickly determined what needed repair, bought the necessary parts and returned to have it fixed all in the same day. Couldn't have been happier and the cost was minimal.

Did a great job on replacing my water heater and was professional and on time - Didn't like have to replace a 7 year old unit, but that wasn't there fault.

this man shows up on a sunday!! charges flat rate!! extremly knowledgeable!! All of the above unheard of in todays market. Will highly recommend him to everyone

They did a excellent job of finding the problem with the AC at my rental unit and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. I didn't even have to be there. Only my tenant was there. I recommend them for any AC work.

They were quick to respond on the hottest day of the year. They repaired my 24 year old central ac unit just by cleaning the condenser. Extremely honest and fair. Just call them....
