Ron was promp, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He was willing to work with me in doing a repair at a rental home that I owned and bill me at my home. I couldn't have hoped for better seevice.

GasPro called back promptly, scheduled a consultation as requested on the first call, showed up on time. At the consultation he answered all of our questions, scheduled the follow up and at that followup, kept a messy job very neat and contained. He cleaned up the glass front of the fireplace and even showed us how to deal with keeping that clean ourselves. Talked to us thoughout the service call about what he was doing and why. He answered all of our questions, even those outside the scope of the repair job.

Really helped me out in a pinch....I was having a party and my fireplace wasn't working. Even though he was very busy he came at the end of his day with a smile on his face, and fixed everything perfectly. Thank you !
