Friendly and courteous. Gave me several options, including bringing the unit in to avoid a service call charge. I wouldn't have known I could do that had they not suggested it.

I wanted to let Vacuflo, and Servicemagic know that I was very pleased with the service I received on my built in vacuum system. Igor arrived on time, was courteous, and very efficient. It was almost like a miracle, that he found the clog on the first try. He was also able to clear another blockage with a snake. It is so wonderful to have my vacuum cleaner fixed after almost 2 years. I thought it was nice how Igor explained how I could upgrade my system, and purchase a new hose, without being pushy. I would recommend Vacuflo to other customers, and I will purchase my new hose from them, when I need one. Thanks so much Igor and Vacuflo. It was a pleasure working with you.

I called to set up an appt for them to come look at our system that wasn't picking up nearly as well as it used to. They told me about a hidden screen I didn't know about &, when I cleaned it, it solved the problem. Nice to know there are still honest people out there who don't charge you to come do something you can easily do yourself.
