Gary's extensive experience and competence was evident when he and his crew did a major tear out and re-model of our hall bath and a major update of our master bath. He and/or his crew were on the job every day for one month and made every effort to deliver quality work and create the vision we had for our bathrooms. Gary conducts himself in a very professional manner and is very pleasant to work with. We are loving showing off his beautiful work.

I did not hire him for the bathroom. He also does kitchen plumbing. I had asked for someone to call regarding my faucet and disposal replacement. He did the work for me. Also, he did give me an estimate on the bathroom surround.

Overall job done was better than expected. Even though I had already decided how I wanted my new bathrom to look, Gary offered suggestions to make the room look and work better. Other small jobs were done, extra things were done/added for improvement at no cost to me. I would ask Gary to return for future jobs needed.

Gary and his helpers did a great job on my master bath project. He came up with cost effective solutions to the issues i had. He worked with my budget and completed the work in a timly manner.

Gary and his associates were prompt, courteous and understood our special situation of an electric wheelchair driven by a race driver. We would highly recommend Gary's company to anyone. But we hope you won't keep him too busy as we need him back for more work.

When he came out to check the tile, he was trying to get them loose and broke 2 tiles by doing this, and only got 1 tile out. And the tile, he was not able to find a tile that would be looking anywhere close to it. So we needed to replace 47 tiles. And another thing was I did much of the work myself, cleaning of the tiles. I was assuming that would be part of the cost, that he charged for me. Also the grout, he did not good job of matching the colors.

I always clearly explain to my customers in advance no one can guarantee exact matching, especially when the floor is over 10 years old as this one. I also explained in advance it is impossible for anyone to remove tile that are still attached without some breakage. I did not tell this cutomer or charged this customer for cleaning the thin set off each individual tile (a 1 hour per tile job). This customer's grout was multi-colored due to age and cleaning--impossible to match although I came close. I saved the customer thousands by repairing instead of replacing his floor. Been in business 35 yrs- can't please all- check my other reviews.

Gary is very knowledgeable of home renovation and was able to complete all my projects professionally.
