3 major findings were made after the purchase of a 'newly remodeled' home was inspeced by Gary. 2 roof leaks and a defective a/c.

Client failed to read the report. All items found where contained in the report. I tried to contact client several times and she never responded.

Project: Inspect a Building - For Business
Gary Fitzgerald Construction was hired to inspect my property. Gary responded in a timely manner and inspected, the plumbing, electricity, and structure of the buildings. A written report, pictures and a check list was completed within a week. A copy of this report was also emailed. Gary Fitzgerald Construction performed the inspection professionally. His experience and work ethic are excellent. I highly recommend Gary Fitzgerald Construction.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
I hired Fitzgerald Construction for a home and back yard remodel. Two new patios, a pergola, two retaining walls, two bathroom remodels, and two bedroom renovations. They were prompt, honest, and fun to work with. They showed up every day, unlike some contractors I have worked with in the past. Very buttoned up. Sub-contractors were polite and helpful. The work was done on time, considering that the project grew as we went along. I am very pleased with the overall quality of the work, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
