About Garvin Design, LLC Top of Page

For 27 years Garvin Design has been your perfect choice for all your building design needs. If you are thinking of a new home, an addition to your existng home or a new deck, patio or garage, I can help. I will meet you at your home to discuss your future project. I will then provide you with concept plans and perspectives to review. After we work out any design or structural issues I will provide you with a set of preliminary plans that can be used for bid puposes. If the project is within your budget and you decide to move forward, I will then provide you with the final Construction Documents to build the project and to pull a permit. Garvin Design can save you thousands of dollars by providing you drawings for bid. There is no builder tie in with Garvin Design. I will build your project on the computer, to work out and eliminate the problems that may arise during construction.

John, responded right away and quickly came out to get the project started, he projected a week for his concept and came back within a few days. Very quick and efficient which helped us kick our project off sooner than anticipated.
