As I live on the other of the country from the property I needed roofing repair for, it was very important for me to be able to have clear and timely communication with the roofing company I hired. Robert was very good at answering my emails and phone calls quickly. We had a small misunderstanding which I was able to clarify with emails and Robert went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the work done. I was emailed the warranty, so no problems there.

Responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and provided me with a written copy per my request (via email). Once ready to go, was able to schedule quickly...just a couple days afterward. The work was done quickly, and I was shown pics of the finished product when I was paying them at the end of the day. Only complaint is that I requested the finished pics be sent to my email and haven't received them yet. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Several significant rains have demonstrated that the leak in my roof is fixed, and have already recommended them to a co-worker.

I did not have a good experience with this company. There were several issues with their work and customer service. After several debates back and forth, They finally made an effort to rectifiy the issues and take responsibilty. Going forward, I know the questions that need to be asked and what to look for when I need to have work done on my home.

This costumer was great (sarcasm).. We explained to the costumer that she would need a new rubber roof (as did 2 other companies; as she stated). She asked if we could help her do some patchwork. We agreed and it was explained that she will not receive a warranty. After much headache we decided to install a Brand New Roof At No Additional Charge! We at Garrison Roofing Love ungrateful costumers; so please keep calling us! WE may seem a bit nasty right now on this response, but its hard when you go above and beyond and people are still ungrateful!

The workers were friendly, I will know if the job was succesful after a good rain.

we agreed to do a payment plan with this costumer. We worked with her because she could not afford the up front cost. The day of the job, We explained that there was additional work at the drain; Work that would have cost $500.00. We not only did this work for free but purchased the materials needed as well. HOw does that get a 3 star rating???!!!! what does a company need to do to get a 5 Star?? WOW

Although payment was not required up front, I would have preferred to have the work completed according to submitted needs and request

After the miscommunication with this costumer. We decided to install a new lower roof over her kitchen at NO additional charge. Paperwork stated "Main Roof" only. As a landlord you would think paperwork would have been read thoroughly. Its hard to please everyone, but at least we make good when someone is unhappy or "misunderstands" paperwork...... Its nice that she was able to come back on SM and state the truth (imagine that)! People are so fast to critize but where are they when the company goes above and beyond!
