Not only was he helpful with this particular repair but also offered good advice for other appliance problems/issues. The price was very fair. He cleaned up well after taking the machine apart and putting it back together. Communication was excellent. He'll be the first service person I call in future if/when I have any more appliance problems. Highly recommended.
