Very Honest. I thought I had a leaking roof. Gardner Roofing looked at it and told me it was leaking from the leader at the top of my roof, and the gutter needed to be cleaned. Now That's Being Honest! NO Charge and Free Inspection.

I did make an appointment with Gardner Roofing. They did come and give me a quote, but that was about a month ago. As far as your questions go, I can't answer those questions and be truthful or realistic about it because they have not done anything for me yet, except take my money.

Prompt response to our inquiry. They proposed doing 2nd of our jobs which we thought would involve another contractor. The quality of the work by his employee was excellent. The work was completed in timely and professional manor.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
They Estimated the Roof, and wrote the Same Amount on the Contract, and completed the work for the Contract Price, with No Extras or Bumping the Price, which I really Appreciated !! The work was done On Time, and All Items on the Contract were brought to the Job, and Installed on the Roof !! I requested a Riverside County Building Permit, which was obtained, and it was Signed Off each time by the Inspector !! I would Recomend Gardner Roofing Company to anyone needing a New Roof or Repair Work done. Very Sincerely, Dan Walters
