Garden State Painting

The job was not what I expected; he didn't sand the deck as needed only some areas so the finished look is uneven though better than before it was done. I feel he under estimated the job then rushed & cut corners to finish it. I am very disappointed.

WOW!!! On time...low price for same branded materials the others gave me higher estimates for... Better warranty, thorough and knew their job!! They had to remove 5 inches of accumulated water off my flat roof prior to starting the job and never charged me for it. They just took off their shoes and socks and got right to work!! They were there during the earthquake too! Jon, Issac and Tomas were very nice and capable men. Thank You!!!

excellent service and fixed the problem right away. My roof was leaking and it was ruining my new wall to wall carpets. He sent out workers the same day to access the problem. They took videos and pictures of the problem and John, the owner came out the next day to look at the problem and review it with me. He came out after the holiday weekend and fixed the area that was leaking. Problem is resolved. He was fair with his price and was not out to rob me and tell me i needed a new roof like some of the other contractors that were coming out. He saved me thousands of dollars and did a great job! Highly recommended

Jon was extremely helpful, timely and professional. The worl was well done and he provided information and follow through during the entire project. Even though the weather did not cooperate with outdoor painting, Jon kept me informed of all progress and plans.

Other than powerwashing, very little prep work done. Painted around the shutters until I questioned. Little or no sanding on rough areas on siding and windows, window glazing sloppy, little or no caulking. Expected me to supervise the work and discover and point out missed or problem areas. More in a hurry to finish rather than achieve professional results.

The Problem started when Mr. A was told to remove all screens from window when work was to be started, but didnt removed them until last day of work there for we had to rush caulking and glazing on windows all in one day to meet debtline on contract. Other Problem occured when i told Mr.A that some of his siding would need to be replaced not repaired, he said try your best to repair it & make it look good, well theres so much sanding and culking can do to wood that needs replacing. I told Mr. A I would come back to repair whatever he wanted he told me that there was no need, and he was to busy.
