Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring
Garcia Services was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, provided an extrememly fair price for our project and were able to start almost immediately. Because I'd seen some comments in the ratings regarding estimates, I made sure to ask if there could be any further charges. I must also say, they were very clean, providing drop clothes and covering doorways, They have apparently taken their feedback seriously. Above all I would like to say that both of the men I dealt with were gentlemen on every level.

Excellent job. The tile and grout looks like new. Having had to manage some properties in the past, I can say they demonstrated knowledge of different procedures as they apply to stone, granite, etc. I highly recommend. They moved necessary furniture and protected the all kitchen cabinetry. They worked an area at a time, both by machine and by hand. All was placed back in order after sealing the job.

Good job, did work in planned time. Showed on weekend to give estamate. Get estamate in writing before project starts, the costs went up - but for understandable reasons, but not what initally verbally agreed. Should have warned the amount of dust - took 3 days to clean house after. Nice employees and good work at a fair price - altogether satisfied with work.
