The technician (Hector) was excellent, experienced, knowledgeable, informative, and very professional. However, the company was very misleading, to say the least, by stating the service call was only $39.00, when it was actually $125.00, and if not for a $25.00 online coupon, making the charge $95.00, it would have been completely ridiculous. The work was great, just be prepared to pay way too much for service. I didn't need any parts or products, so i cannot address that matter. ** Just FYI, Same Day Door Service never answered my calls or emails, for what is now over a week.

I make a point of three bids for any job and Aviv underbid the competition by quite a bit then delivered a first rate service promptly and professionally. Inside of three hours I had my new garage door, the same door others were charging upwards of several hundred dollars more. So, yes, I'd recommend Aviv over the other garage door installers in a heartbeat. They were even prepared at no extra fee to remove a large storage unit that at first looked like it might obstruct the installation, something the other two companies wouldn't do. Besides the three guys who did the job couldn't have been more pleasant and cleaned after themselves.

They did a good installing the garage door - to a degree. It does not seal completely when the door is closed and I called them to come back and recheck the door but they never have returned. Once completed they did not clean up the debris and left wood with four inch nails exposed - something a work crew should never do around a home site.

Prompt. Did what they said they would do and when they said they would. Although they did show up the intial weekend with the wrong parts., but I didnt' care becasue I has stillworking on my garage.
