Absolutely great value! This is a family owned business, and a great one at that. Wesley adjusted all 3 of my garage doors, lubricated them, adjusted the springs, adjusted the openers, installed lift handles all in about 2 hours for an extremely reasonable price. He was running late and I was the last appointment. He called to say he would be late and provided a new ETA. He provided an estimate and we scheduled a time to do the work since he needed to bring a much taller ladder for my RV door. Upon arrival (again the last appointment of the day - my choice) he worked efficiently and covered ALL bases. Great work at a great price!

the service was cool just like what my tenant described but the customer service I received from the lady who answered the phone on 9/9/11 at about 1:20pm was not pleasant, at least thats how I perceived. I asked her how do you make mistake on charging me twice on two different day and she told me" we are human we do make mistake" before she told me hang on (cuz she muted the phone for a second). She did apologize but the whole conversation was not sincere from her and I felt that she had an attitude. If I was careless on reading my credit card statement, I wouldn't have caught that "double charges"

THE REPAIR TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME AND HAD ALL THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO REPAIR MY DAMAGED GARAGE DOOR (iT WAS BACKED INTO AND THE LOWER FRAME WAS BENT. tHE TEAM QUICKLY AND EFFICEINTLY MADE THE REPAIRS.
