I lost the instructions for the Loews door. So, they went to another job and stopped back to work on my door later that day. They found the Loews door was too big for my opening. My fault for buying the wrong door. After advising me to contact Loews, they said they would come back to either put the Loews door or their own door the following week. I ended up asking them to bring their door. The next weekday, they installed their door and balanced it perfectly. works great. Nice guys, good service and good workmanship!
