Charlie's work is excellent. He keeps his promise what he would do for you. We have our kitchen and bath rooms' floor tiles installed by him, and we are all very satisfied with his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends.

Very thorough on initial gels phone call. Arrived on time. Very personable. A true expert in his field. Got right to work. Had all necessary tools, supplies, etc. Took his time with my project. I never felt as though he was trying to get it done and get out. Excellent price. I will be calling Charlie again and again. This is how business is done. Charlie truly made me feel as though my project was important.

Galusha Tiles has transformed my 1950's "robin egg blue" bathroom tile into a contemporary work of art! My family especially enjoys the custom "showpiece" tiles that the owner, Charlie, designed, fired and glazed!! We hired GT back to tile our brick fireplace and add a backsplash to our kitchen. I highly recommend Galusha Tiles! ps Also very pet friendly : )

Charlie was wonderful to work with and provided outstanding customer service. He was easily accessible as I could reach him with questions via phone or e-mail. After having installed the tile, I noticed that there was a tile flaw, although was told by the manager later who sold the tile that it wasn't. It was a major issue in that the majority of the tile were imperfect to me. Charlie returned, on his own time, to blend out the tile with an epoxy. Luckily the tile is varigated so the imperfection isn't detectable. It is a rare occurence, but he was willing to resolve it after having been paid. He even came out later to sand it down.

SO GLAD I USED CHARLIE! HE NOT ONLY IS A MASTER OF HIS CRAFT WHO TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK, HE IS VERY HUMBLE AND A GOOD LISTENER. HE GIVES THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT LESS THAN ESTIMATED TIME GIVEN! BEING PRIOR SERVICE USMC ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST! IF THATS THE WORK YOUR LOOKING FOR CHARLIE IS YOUR GUY!
