Good service was provided. However, the second charge of $50 for a minor service (associated with my ignorance, I have to admit) was somewhat excessive. This is a rate corresponding to around $600/hour.

Brian is an excellent installer, very thorough, professional, and pleasuer to do business with. he figured out how to do this unusuall install we had, even though he had to come back couple of times to complete it. i would hire him anytime!
