Both houses are older and required a number of additional requirements to get them up to code. Both times he provided very reasonable estimates and there were no “$urpri$e$” that you sometimes get charged extra for. He obviously takes a lot of pride and enjoys what he does. He will make sure he takes the time to properly explain exactly what it is he needs to do to fix any problems you may have and also give you several options.  He also made sure all the inspections went smoothly even after he had been paid.
