They were highly professional starting with the first conversation. They proactively told me something I could check myself and attempt to fix myself, so that i wouldn't have to pay someone to come out. When that didn't work, they carefully explained what the cost might be for various parts if they needed to replace them. The cost of the service call itself was in line with other professionals. The guy called before he came, as requested, was friendly and courteous, and fixed it. Would highly recommend them.
