They did not attach the downspouts to the in-ground drain pipes; I would have thought that they would have done a complete job and that I would not have complain in order to get the downspouts attached to the drainpipes. Although the rest of the work was fine, this detracted from the whole experience

George came right out to review need and put together estimate. I had 4 estinates and went with Gaelic based on the promptness, professionalism. Price played into as well but was not the lowest bid. The installing team too was very professional and did an outstanding job with Installation and Clean-up.

Crew was hard working and their knowledge of the product was very good. I was a little concerned at one time because I felt like they were rushing in order to get to another job. However, when I expressed my concern, they convinced me I was wrong and continued to do an excellent job.
