We start with simple sketches and then upon your approval, provide full architect drawings. This puts you in control of the design ensuring that the design we come up with is the design you want. Step 3: The Financing. 100% financing services are available through GTFM. We are licensed in New Jersey to assist you in arranging financing. We have many options available and can help you select the plan that best suits your needs. Step 4: Permits & Paperwork.
