Step 2: The Artwork & Design.  Artist’s renderings and drawings will help you visualize your home improvement project.  We start with simple sketches and then upon your approval, provide full architect drawings.  This puts you in control of the design ensuring that the design we come up with is the design you want. Step 3: The Financing.  100% financing services are available through GTFM.  We are licensed in New Jersey to assist you in arranging financing.  We have many options available and can help you select the plan that best suits your needs. Step 4: Permits & Paperwork.  All applications, permits, and necessary paperwork needed for your project are handled by us.  There is no red tape for you to worry about!
