Project: Repair Interior or Exterior Doors
My door was broken down, the frame an absolute mess and I met with several different contractors getting their bids and explaining my needs. Greg beat everyone else by $150 and found a door that was almost completely identical, which was very important to me. Was very friendly and upfront about what needed to be done. I work a lot but Greg was flexible with scheduling. I needed proof of everything and he was great with receipts and an invoice. Couple of things could've been a bit 'prettier' at the end of the job, but considering he did all of it while I was at work I couldn't have asked for more. Overall great experience and would use again!

Project: Repair Cabinets
Greg is a rockstar. My kitchen sink cabinets had some water damage. Greg explained what he was going to do and gave a very reasonable estimate. The work exceeded my expectations. Full marks to Greg and his team.

Project: Repair or Replace Door Hardware, Latches or Tracks
Greg was very responsive and professional. There was a defect with the part initially installed and he quickly replaced it and took care of the problem. He can cover so broad range of works so I wouldn't need to look for experts for different home maintenance jobs, which is too much hassle.

Project: Install a Wood Fence
These guys were awesome! The owner was diligent in communicating with me via email and phone. When he came out to look at the job site, I was honest with him about my other bids and he was willing to come in lower to keep his crew busy. Work started the next day on my fence and was done the day after. Everything was custom made, and well crafted. Details matter to me and in that, they did an excellent job. They were also careful not to trample the new landscaping and clean up after. I highly recommend them!

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
I hired Greg to rebuild a deck at my West Seattle house. Right from the start he came across as straight-forward and reliable. He offered plenty of guidance around deck design, worked with me to reach an affordable price, and was incredibly flexible around starting the project to meet my timeline. In addition, he provided clear and consistent communication throughout the project. The end result is a great looking deck that will last for years. I highly recommend Greg for any contracting work.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
Once we arranged a time for quote the project went well. Greg with GT was friendly and assigned the work the next day. The fence post was difficult to remove since the concrete was underneath our concrete sidewalk but was done without cracking the sidewalk. GT did excellent work at a very competitive price.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding
He was very personable, knowledgeable, listened to my needs, explaining everything and answered all my questions, good team of people working for him and they did good, quality work. The only thing that bothered me was a mistake in estimating costs for the siding materials (difference between square footage and lineal footage was huge), but he did meet part way and cover some of the overage cost. Overall, was quite good.
