This should be Greg Smardo's company. I can't say enough for this guy. He is trustworthy (my shy Husky couldn't wait for Greg to be here, she just adored him), communicates what is happening, he get's the job done quickly, and I tell everyone who my bathroom was done by and point out the wonderful jub that he dod for me in a problem bathroom in a 100 year old house.

Greg's bid to re-tile a shower was reasonable. We do not recommend this contractor. His craftsmanship is poor (using cracked/chipped tiles, uneven tiles & grout lines). He put a 3-inch screw in an electrical wire that caused it to short & altered the position of the valve which caused problems with the fitting. These problems cost over $500 for electrician & plumber's services - not to mention having to take additional time off work to deal with these issues. He damaged the toilet seat, cabinet & walls. Threw unused grout into my garden & didn't clean up properly after each visit. He was constantly late. He did return to finish the project.

Did a good job of re-caulking my shower and tub and sealed the grout on the bathroom walls. Did forget a few spots, but did complete it after I pointed it out.

Greg was able to accommodate my very small but critical granite repair. He worked diligently and quickly to complete the job. I felt like he really new how to deal with the repair and make it look like part of the original work.

Nice enough person, came on time, worked hard. Was having some loose tiles replaced and some cracked grout repaired. Within 10 days grout cracked again and one of the tiles that were replaced cracked (blocked off the area, so it wasn't walked on for over 48 hours- he used quick dry grout and said we could walk on it in 5 hours, but I wanted to be extra cautious. Called him and told him the problems we were having, he said he'd check to see about getting some more grout in our color and would call us back to set up a time to come out. That was over a week ago and haven't heard from him since. Darn, I even tipped the guy!

We needed some tile repair work in our shower and then some floor tile installed in our master bathroom. Greg did an amazing job. His prices were fantastic, and the work performed far exceeded our expectations.

Greg did an awesome job! We had him re-tile our bathroom and install some hardware. He was very resonably priced and completed all of the work in a very timely, professional manner. I would strongly consider him to do other projects around our house.
