Timely service and polite service person. Water heaters for modular home are very expensive so you might want to find a scratch and dent to save on repair.

95% of the time I give a customer the price before we start the job, that way they can decide whether or not the want to spend the money. In this case I did give the customer a price before I started the job, I did not require them to use me, so if a customer ever feels like they pay to much, it was there choice. I would question the motive of someone that has a price they think is to expensive, and then chooses to go ahead and make the purchase, and then give me a bad rating!

They did a great job! The whole process of removing the old water heater and installing the new one took less than 3 hours. Lance was very professional and was straightforward from the very beginning. They quoted me a price before even looking at the job and stuck with that quote. (Many other places I had contacted kept telling me there could potentially be extra costs depending on what had to be done). I highly recommend Grandville Plumbing!

He responded quickly and came out on a Tues. as promised. Then we decided to purchase a new faucet so we agreed that he would come out on Fri. to install and finish. By Fri. afternoon we hadn't heard from him so we called and he said he was too busy and he expected another call from us by 8:00AM to confirm. He failed to mention this to us or we would have done so. He then said he could come on Sat. but would have to charge $250 more! He finally came on Mon. The leaks were repaired, the sink and faucet were installed but we get cold h2o from the hot side and hot from the cold side. He blamed the new $200 Delta faucet. We have our doubts.

I do make mistakes, but what the customer failed to mention that I was scheduled to come out there Wed. But they did not have a faucet, so when I called to go there they were not ready, so I informed her she needs to call back when she had a faucet and schedule an appointment. Instead she called me fri. And wanted me to come right then, unfortunately I was booked, so we scheduled an appointment for Mon. She wanted the hot to come out of the cold side, I did offer to put the cold on the right and the hot on the left. I always do the best that I can, mistakes do happen.

Exceptional service--courteous, prompt and efficient. Found and fixed the problem with obvious expertise.

Wish I could give a good review, but we were not happy with the service or results. What started out as a simple slow leaking shower faucet turned into a whole lot more. We now have chipped tile, and the wrong size fixtures. Hoping to still figure something out here.

I gave the customer a price on repairing the chipped tile before I chipped it(I knew there was a good chance I would chip some tile) I explained to them that when you break out tile with a hammer there are sometimes there are casualties, they chose not to pay for the repair if it was needed, and it was needed. I cannot force a customer to buy something from me. I also gave the customer an option to get the repair done for free!!! So far they have not taken that option, and yes I am still waiting for there response on the free repair, because I would really like to fix the chip for free!!!!!!!

answered the call quickly, very flexible to rearrange appointment. Figured out that issue was very minor and costs were minimal. Would definitely hire again.
