After I received a call from my mother telling me her washer machine was making a high pitched noise and wasnt draining, I called into Service Magic and was conneted to G & R, I spoke with Tim, very friend and courteous. He got someone out to my mother the same day, very professional and knew what he was doing was in and out. When I reached my mothers house to make sure everything was going okay, he was finish and getting into his truck, he stopped me and told me what he did and how he fixed it. Unfortunately we don't remember his name, he was extreamly nice and helpful. Thank you for the professionalism! Would refer in a hearbeat!
