We were in a very difficult situation, having been informed of a mold issue 1 month prior to closing on a house that we were selling.
Lee worked us into the schedule, and his crew went over an above our expectations to let us close the deal on time.
We, along with our sales agent as well as the buyers, were all very impressed with the thoroughness and the quality of the work that the GPX people provided.
Along woth the mold abatement, the project included removal/replacement of a hot water tank and appliances, as well as drying a failly large area with industrial-strength dehumidifiers;also replacing flooring,drywall & trim.

The whole process was great. The team arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would. They kept us updated along the way, were very conscious of keeping things neat and orderly, and were very nice to speak with.

Project: Install or Replace Seamless Metal Gutters
After submitting signed proposal, we had to call numerous times to finally get a firm starting date. Workers showed up on time, but had the wrong type of ladder to perform the task. Worker said they did not know that the roof had a 2 foot overhang. When the workers returned for work, with the proper ladder, and attachments for the ladder, the removal process started. After the old gutter was removed, the new gutter was ready for installation. After measuring the gutter, the overall length was a foot short of the required length. The estimator didn't measure properly. Three days later the work crew returned, and finally hung new gutter.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I needed a gutter rehung on my roof. They were prompt, got the work done fast and it didn't cost a lot of money. Even cleaned out the gutter and took the trash with him. I would definitely call GPX, Inc. again. They were great.

Provided me with info no one else would. Turned out the Asbestos scare was due to improper information given to me by other companies. Point test proved to show No Asbestos.
