Dave provided the most competitive and thorough analysis of our project. His bid was the most competitive and fair. He worked with us on keeping our costs down. His crew was fabulous! Knowledgeable, hardworking and proactive.We asked him to do the building to rough plumbing, electrical, sheet rock and texture. He delivered under his estimated construction bid. Overall, I give GIB 4.5 stars. Would I do it again with this company - ABSOLUTELY!!!
