Gus is a delightful and energetic contracter ! He does whatever it takes to make you happy and always goes the extra mile . He quotes fair prices for his work and when the job is finished it is excellent. I would never contract anyone but him.

Quality of work is compromised due to fact the lavatories on which the work was done don't drain well now. Functional drainage should have been done by the contractor before stating the job was complete. If I'd thought about the problem, I'd have done it myself before your contractor left the premises. But, I failed to do that. So...shame on me. Don Kennedy

The first attempt to replace and install a tile in the kitchen was a disaster. The handiman began using a cement saw to remove the old adhesive and level the floor. He DID NOT make any effort to reduce the mess this made with a fine white dust filling the air and covering every surface in our home. My daughter, who was overseeing this for us, spent over five hours cleaning and dusting to try to remove this layer of white powdery dust from couches, floors, and even windows. When they returned to finish the job, a different service man did the job right without the mess!
