The actual painter was great, very fast and I loved the work he did.  My experience with the owner/estimator started off well but went downhill from there.  He repeatedly mentioned how "small" my job was, didn't phone within a couple days of the appointment to let me know someone was coming for sure, and didn't follow up to see how the job went.  I expected more in the way of customer service even if it was a small job.
