Came to my house for a free inspection the day of the service request and quoted a lower price than the competition. By the end of the next day, the project was finished. Not entirely convinced I got the best price possible, because I may have been able to find someone to beat it had I continued looking a bit longer, but it was over and done with so fast I didn't mind spending a tiny bit extra.

Owner of GG Electric offered to replace my ceiling fan by purchasing a new one at Home Depot . When he returned with the new fan it was not from Home Depot but from his private supplier. I asked him for a receipt to verify the price he charged me to purchase the fan. He promised to supply the receipt at the end of the month of September 2011. He never gave me the receipt for the fan and I never heard from him again.

He was very good about calling, following up, and making an appt soon. The thing I didn't like is that, as soon as he got there he left a (capable) kid to do the work, and it took almost twice as long as if he had helped.

I'm not sure I like when a service person finds another job, way more expensive, to recommend that you need. This is what they did. I'm still on the fence about it. However, the service they did provide was excellent.
