George was on time, worked hard , kept things clean and organized. I think the project was more than he initially expected, but he didnt complain or charge me any more.

Very professional; did what he promised and I am extremely satisfied; the re-grout work is so perfect (true craftman ship) - the shower in my master bath is now like new; additional, his tips to keep the shower in good condition show George provide value beyond his great work. The sad part for me: I should have hired George 9 years ago when we bought the house, now the future owner will enjoy the result since my empoyer relocates me.

Having a tile bathroom in a condo built in the 1950's, I must say it looks so brand new! I just wish I would have had him do the bathroom floor and countertop! Well, if we don't remodel soon, I may be calling!!

Very professional and on time. Gave great advise and explained everything he found wrong. Also explained what the difference would look like prior to starting work. I was really surprised at the outstanding work preformed. I high recommend GFW Direct.

George cleaned and re-caulked the shower in my master bathroom and I was satisfied with the results. He also did a little bit of caulking in another bathroom for no extra charge. His fee was almost triple that of another estimate, but reputation goes a long way in the service industry.
