Many adjectives come to mind as I rate Gem Solutions: Honest, Capable, Accommodating, Flexible, Dependable, Reliable, Punctual and most importantly Honest. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use them in the future for further renovations.

Project: Refinish Already Installed Cabinets
Tom McMahon from GEM Solutions/Elements of Design and Details was terrific to work with. I wanted something unusual and he was willing to work with me to achieve it. The results are fabulous -- even he was blown away by the finished product! The workers who did the in-home part of the refinishing were careful, capable, and talented as well.. All in all, a great experience and outcome!

The extra service of 6 hours of time from a designer for a similar bid price put GEM over the top. Everyone was great!

They provided an excellent service. The reason I dropped them down to a 4 on communications was, there was a couple of times they said they would be here at 8:00, then they showed up around 1:00. It was ok with me, because I had other things going on.
