Power washed a driveway, porch and wall. All is very clean. Did some extra cleaning for me as well at no extra charge. Very satisfied.

Did not haul away the trash

I explained to the customer that the debris from the roof would have to be hauled away by the yard people because it was such an excessive amount. I did, however, haul away the debris from the gutters. The customer never said that this was a problem when I explained that I would be leaving neat piles for the yard guys to take, so I don't understand why it is an issue now.

Didn't meet my expectations. There were streaks of water still left on windows and windows weren't cleaned well enough.

I never cleaned the windows @ this residence. I only pressure washed the house and cleaned the gutters. I have no idea why he would rate my performance based on something I didn't even do.

Excellent communication with this company. They always called, emailed, and came to do the estimate and then the work exactly as we discussed. This is the type of local businesses that I want to use when I need some work done around my house. I will use them again.
