The representative that I worked with was Dudley Appleman, not Susan as listed above. The roofing project expanded considerably, as there were structural problems with the house of which I had not been aware. Dudley did a highly professional job of keeping me informed and working with me to get the issues resolved. The only major negative was that sometimes several days would go by during which no work was done. Dudley took ownership of that issue and helped resolve it.
