I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company. They scheduled a time when I needed them to come, they came on time, they were friendly, and they did a great job. I plan to have them come about every 3 months or so to keep my carpets looking nice. I was very happy with them.

They were fast, efficient, and professional. I appreciated their doing their work quickly as I only had a short window where the neighbor was watching my small children. The only thing I thought odd was that they did not wear booties over their shoes when they came in. You'd think of all people carpet cleaners would do that, especially as it was a rainy day. However it didn't affect the result and they made my really dirty carpets shine. I've already referred two people to them.

Arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner. Were courteous and careful with furniture moves. Plastic protectors were placed under all furniture. Carpet left very wet in some spots. Lighter carpet still has some spotting that remained after drying.

I had to arrange to clean my carpets before a shipment of furniture arrived. I work a travelling job and it is normally difficult to arrange things to happen at home while I'm away. GC worked out great - they were very communicative and helped me find someone. The Professional, Mr. Johnson, who cleaned the carpet did an excellent job of assessing what needed to be done and gave a cost quote up front that he met. He exceeded my expectations - the carpet looks very nice. He also told me about a problem I had with ants that I didn't know about so I can now treat my house to get rid of them. Thank you very much!
