They would get 5 out 5 stars for Customer Service, but the tech accidentally traped mud into the house. He admitted his mistake and apologized profusely, which is good enough for me. Everything else about the Service Call was superb. I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need service.

They went out to the site, could not do the job, because their was specialized equipment needed. They charged us a trip charge anyway.

The professional response to my request for service from the very beginning when Terry visited our office/warehouse location to inspect the existing equipment to the arrival of the GBS technicians was excellent. The gentlemen worked in a very difficult situation for over eight hours, never complained, explained the operation of the system and made sure we knew how to use it before they loaded their truck to leave. I so wish that we had known about GBS prior to having another company provide security for five of our stores. We have been very dissatified with ADT and will transfer all five stores to GBS at the end of our existing contracts.
