The customer service Fusion Star displayed from the start caught my attention. He was able to come out and make the initial visit to see what the issues were the same day I called. My husband I were impressed with his knowledge and his true willing to make sure we got the right work done. I am not a contractor but I knew that certain things needed fixing and Fusion Star nailed it, where as 3 other companies we called did not. We scheduled the work and it was taken care of. The President, Sean made sure that EVERYTHING was inspected. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. Thank you Sean!

I highly recommend and is very professional not to mention very thorough on their information ,on how they are going to do the job. We didn't get a second a opinion but I know that we got the job done right and up to code. We did have a little problem after installing our ductwork but he immediately came out to fix it. Our ductwork is better then ever. Thank you Fusion Star, Inc.

I would definitely recommend Fusion Star. Sean was very thorough in explaining what I needed took pictures to show me and was very professional. He took the time to provide me the options and I feel the price was reasonable. He and his crew arrived when he said, kept me updated throughout the job and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. He even put a fire/carbon monoxide alarm up after noticing I didn't have one. I would HIGHLY recommend Fusion Star.

Sean of Fusion Star, Inc. was the first to response to my request for recommendation of pro fr Servicemagic. However, he ended up being the last of the 3 pros that were recommended to come to give me the estimates of the job because of our schedules. I am glad I waited for I was impressed by his professionism and he really spent the time to inspect my HVAC system and showed me all the choices I had. Sean and his crew showed up right on the schedule and worked on the project without wasting any time. Sean & his crew cleaned up everyday and completed the job way ahead of schedule. I recommended Fushion Star to my sister right a way.

I ended up not hiring Fusion Star only because Sean told me I didn't need the major work done that I thought I did. I appreciated his honesty. He's not just out to make a buck, he's out to give excellent service. Sean spent quite a bit of time at my place investigating the situation. He was able to find the cause of my problem based on visual evidence that others missed. As part of his complimentary consultation, he even spent the time to go outside my building, take pictures, and email them to me so I could show them to my homeowner's association. I would not hesitate to hire Sean in the future!

We were very impressed with their professionalism and their outstanding work! Their crew is very clean and responsible. After each working day, they made sure they left the whole house spotless. Sean is very knowledgable and informative about the work he performs. Super happy with our duct work!!
