Had a tear in my leather couch. They had to come out twice to repair because it kept tearing. After it tore a third time within a matter of weeks I figured it couldn't be repaired but would have liked to know that initially.

We have not had a call back for a leather tear for several years. Our goal is to always establish customer expectations before we perform a repair. Larger tears are difficult and for several years we no longer recommend a repair or use another product. We strive to maintain a high customer satisfaction. If the customer would have let us know they were not satisfied we would have refunded them any fees charged.

The service was great. They came to my house, examined the problem and gave me an estimate. My furniture was returned in 5 weeks and you can hardly tell where the break in the table leg originally was.
