We purchased a new fridge (the custom panel one) and wanted to reuse our existing panels, just needed it refitted to the new fridge. Robert Demay, the owner, estimated and took the deposit. That was the last I heard of him; he doesnt respond even to calls to his cell. His proj mgr, Carlos, showed up 1 hour late, no call, and didn't even get the job done right. When the tech showed up to install the panels, they were wrong(3 weeks later). In his defense, Samson, the tech, was WONDERFUL. Samson took care of the problems but I still haven't heard from Robert or Carlos. See All Ratings
